Loravello is a brand of Sapphire Capital LLC. This page explains what information Loravello collects through loravello.com and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
We only receive what you choose to send us. When you send a brief through the form on our free concept page, that is your name, email address, business name, the service you're interested in and a description of what you want to create. If you add them, it also includes a link to your website or social pages, a link to your photos, video or files, your timeline and the budget you have in mind. If you arrived from our pricing page, it includes the package you chose. The form takes links only; it does not accept file uploads. When you email us, we receive your message and anything you include with it.
We use this to review and reply to your enquiry, to prepare and discuss a free concept, to talk with you about the work you're considering and, if we work together, to run that project.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list. Loravello doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, doesn't set cookies to track you, and doesn't store tracking information in your browser.
Your material
Photos, video and other material you share with us, through a link or by email, stay yours. We use them only to prepare work for you, and we won't publish anything you send, or anything we make from it, without your permission.
Keeping and deleting
We keep project correspondence as long as needed to work with you. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to [email protected].
Service providers
A small number of providers help us run this website, receive your messages and produce your work. They process information on our behalf, as needed to provide their service.
Formspree processes the brief form: it receives what you enter and delivers it to us by email at [email protected].
Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles the technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address and the pages you request.
Our email provider receives and stores the emails you send us and the briefs Formspree delivers.
Production tools. When we use generative (AI) tools on a project, the project material those tools need may be processed by the third-party services that provide them, as necessary to do that work. We share only what the project needs.
